• If this is the first-time programming, press the two outer buttons of the transmitter for 20 seconds. The lights will start flashing.
• Hold the buttons of the transmitter until it starts flashing for 30 seconds. Hold the button for the next step.
• Now point the handheld transmitter to the light an keep it two inches away. Press the handheld on the unit. The light should start blinking faster – it means the frequency has entered the transmitter. Now release both the buttons.

• When you are in the car, press the programmed button for three seconds. Now remove the from the button and press again for three seconds. If the garage door does not move, press again for three more seconds. When the door moves it means the door is rightly programmed.
